En botanique, le cône (du latin conus ou du grec konos, pomme de pin) est l'organe reproducteur des Gymnospermes (Conifères ou résineux par exemple). On le désigne par le terme, dans les Landes de Gascogne, de pigne (du gascon pinha, désigne plus précisément la pomme de pin).
